Over the course of one year, you’ll follow a structured program that combines classroom sessions, technical workshops, and on-site practice.
This gradual approach allows you to build strong foundations in event logistics while progressively developing the reflexes and confidence needed to work in the field.
Every year, we select only 12 motivated candidates to join the program.

Our workshop is the place where theory meets reality.
Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll learn how to handle event equipment, prepare material, set up installations, and solve logistical challenges.
Step by step, you gain technical know-how by working directly with the same tools and processes used in real events.
